Staging Business Blueprint

The Staging Design Professional® course is a RESA-, IAHSP-, and HSA-accredited certification. This is your foundational home stager training. In the certification course, we teach you core design principles, color theory, how to stage occupied and vacant listings, and go in-depth on marketing, business, and entrepreneurship.

The Blueprint is a supplemental class – not a certification – for newbie stagers who want step-by-step guidance through launching their business. It's important that every stager earns their home staging certification, but some may need additional support while starting their business. That's what the Blueprint is for!

The course contains around 5 hours of video material, broken up into 8 self-paced modules. We recommend you take your time with the program and pause frequently to complete the recommended tasks, such as getting your business license and setting up your social media profiles. It will likely take you a few weeks or months to compete the entire Blueprint.

No! Unlike our accredited home staging certification, the Blueprint doesn't include any graded quizzes. However, we give you a 30-page workbook to fill out at your own pace, for your own reference, as you make your way through the course. We highly encourage you to complete this workbook so you get the most out of the program.

Your course expires one year after purchase – but by then, you'll probably be ready for more advanced home stager training!
