STAGING STUDIO (the “Company”) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website, STAGINGSTUDIO.COM and the services provided therein (the “Site”). The Company thus provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.

B. Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel
The Site utilizes the Conversion Tracking Pixel service of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). This tool allows the Company to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to the Site by clicking on a Facebook advertisement, in order to record to efficacy of Facebook advertisements. The collected data remain anonymous to the Company and the Company cannot see the personal data of any individual user. The collected data are saved and processed by Facebook in accordance with Facebook's Data Use policy found under: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy. A cookie will be saved onto the user's computer for these purposes. Only users over 13 years of age may give their permission. C. Google Ads Conversion Tracking
The Site uses Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Ads remarketing codes and Google Analytics ["Google"] to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Site through the use of first party cookies and third-party cookies to, among other things, analyze and track users' use of the Site, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. By accessing the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by Google. The Company is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas: Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. Please take care when using these features. We do not store any data on your device.

We monitor activity in, and uploads to, Boxes. This is both to ensure there are no violations of the Terms and Conditions, or in order to comply with requests from law enforcement or other authorized government agencies.
3. What data we store
We store any data that is necessary for the display and processing of a Box (e.g., the box contents themselves, and any settings or customizations that have been made to the Boxes). We also store your contact details so that we can get in touch with you for purposes in connection with the business. We also store usage metrics in order for our internal teams to improve the Community Box experience.

We are committed to your privacy and we do not share data with any 3rd parties, except in the case of requests from law enforcement and other authorized government agencies.
5. How we process your data
Your data is stored and processed in the form of reports, and real-time monitoring and metrics. These are used internally within our company to allow us to improve our services so we can improve the Community Box user experience.
